Proof the Government Should NOT Be Involved in Business
If the failure to make the February switch date to Digital TV isn’t proof that the federal government should NOT be involved in business, I’m not sure what is.
I just got done reading that the switch date is going to be pushed back to June 12, and I’m just going out on a limb here, but I imagine it will get pushed back again, probably until some time in 2010.
Seriously, do we want these people nationalizing our banking system? I don’t think so. If they can’t handle this, how are they supposed to handle that?

I soooo agree with you on this one, Jared. The very LAST thing our government ought to do at ANY time is get involved in the operations of any business operating within a free market system. I don’t want our congress running our banks, our schools, our media, our hospitals or our churches! And i don’t want my tax dollars paying for jets made in France, either. For crying out loud, does anyone buy american anymore???
